Scientific interests

My research is focused on numerical analysis and scientific computing, with applications to solid/fluid mechanics and biomechanics :

  1. Finite element methods.
  2. Boundary / interface conditions with Nitsche’s method.
  3. Domain decomposition / non-matching meshes.
  4. Contact and friction problems.
  5. Fluid-structure interaction.
  6. Multiscale problems.
  7. Asymptotic flows.
  8. Respiratory and cardiovascular biomechanics.
